Ruffled Skirt

So I found a tutorial for a ruffled skirt/dress on ModaBakeShop.com. I just loved it and thought that I could make it work for Jordan. I had these jeans of hers that she had huge holes in the knees. They are Levi's and the back pockets make the pants adorable. They are heart shaped. Love them!

Here are the jeans. Pitiful are they not? I just cut them right at the top of the inseam. This is the top of the skirt.

Here are the ruffles I made using some fat quarters I bought at Walmart when we still lived in Utah. Just trying to save some $$$. So I used what I had. So just keep scrolling down and enjoy the pictures of Jordan's first Photo Shoot ( I read a blog that gave ideas as how to do them, though she is not too good yet at still shots) still a work in progress. Boy after this shoot I definitely want/need a new camera that will let me do more. Oh well, I will just have to wait.

Sorry I do not know how to turn the picture yet. I will figure it out soon. I hope! :{

See the hearts on her back side? I just love them!!!

And here is my Angel! Is she not just the cutest? Well, I hope you enjoyed the pics. Go on over to ModaBakeShop.com and fall in love with everything there. I always do. Have a great day!

  5. Precious. I may try this to lengthen a couple of denim skirts that are just too short to wear modestly.
